List your venue on Revelry

Get your bar in front of New Yorkers planning birthdays, bachelorettes, and celebrations. Tell us about your private-event spaces and packages — we build you a free listing and send you booking-ready leads. Listing is free and always will be: no listing fee, no monthly charge, nothing to sign. Guests pay a small booking fee on their side. On bookings we introduce, some venues also agree a referral fee with us up front; that is always optional and always discussed before anything is booked.

Use an email on your venue's website domain and we'll verify you instantly with one click. No matching email? We'll verify you manually.

Questions venues ask us

What does it cost?

Listing is free. No listing fee, no monthly charge, and nothing to sign. Most of what we make comes from a small booking fee (about 12%) paid by the guest on top of your price, so your minimum or package reaches you in full. Separately, on bookings we bring you, some venues choose to agree a referral fee with us. That is optional, agreed in writing before the booking, and only ever applies to guests who came to you through Revelry.

How do bookings work?

A guest picks your venue and sends a request through Revelry. We email you the date, time window, group size, and occasion — you reply with availability and pricing (or just reply to the email), and our concierge handles the back-and-forth with the guest. You deal with one email thread, not phone tag.

Who talks to the guest?

We do. Our concierge relays everything between you and the guest — questions, pricing, changes, confirmations — so nothing falls through the cracks. You always know exactly what the guest was told.

What can I manage myself?

Your dashboard lets you edit your listing, add your rooms and spaces with per-day and time-slot pricing (e.g. a different minimum for Friday nights), upload photos, set your cancellation policy, and respond to requests in one click. Sign in any time at revelrynyc.com/venue with just your email.

Am I locked in?

No. There's no contract and no exclusivity — keep taking bookings from every other channel. Decline any request that doesn't work for you, and if you ever want your listing changed or removed, one email does it.
