Most venues take only a refundable deposit to hold your date (a few require the full amount) — we'll confirm the exact amount before you pay. Tax and gratuity are typically settled at the venue on the night, not upfront. Our 12% booking fee is due only if you book a venue we introduce you to (through us or directly), and is payable to Revelry — see terms.

Cancellation: Free cancellation until 7 days before the event; after that, 50% of your deposit is kept, rising to 100% within 3 days of the event. Plus a 24-hour free-cancellation window after you book.
