Tax and gratuity are typically settled at the venue on the night, not upfront. Our 12% concierge fee applies only when you book.

Cancellation: Free cancellation until 7 days before the event; after that, 50% of your deposit is kept, rising to 100% within 3 days of the event. Plus a 24-hour free-cancellation window after you book.
